As the parking and traffic control ministry of the church, we ensure a seamless, dignified, and welcoming experience for every guest and member from the moment they arrive at This Present House. With a mission of creating a positive and lasting first impression, this ministry is responsible for managing all parking areas within and around the church premises, by facilitating orderly entry, parking, and exit processes with excellence and efficiency.

Early Arrival

All team members arrive 2 hours before service begins to prepare, position traffic guides, and ensure the environment is ready for worshippers.

Traffic Coordination

Managing vehicle flow before, during, and after services to avoid congestion and ensure safety.

Parking Allocation

Guiding drivers to appropriate parking spaces efficiently and courteously.

Reserved Parking Support

Ensuring special parking spaces are available and properly managed for vulnerable individuals, including:

  • Heavily pregnant women
  • Women with infants
  • Physically challenged individuals
  • Elderly people with mobility challenges
Hospitality

Providing warm greetings, offering directions, and assisting first-time guests.

Safety Coordination

Working hand-in-hand with Safety, Security, and Protocol teams to maintain a secure and orderly environment.

Emergency Response

Assisting during urgent situations and ensuring smooth evacuation or movement if required.

Crowd Flow Management

Supporting seamless entry and exit, especially during peak services or special programs.

Absolutely. We ensure first-time guests receive special attention, appropriate parking, and directions to the newcomers’ area where needed.

Q5: Is the church car park secure?

Yes. We collaborate closely with the Security and Safety teams to ensure that all areas are monitored and secure throughout the service.

Q6: Can I drop someone off close to the entrance before parking?

Yes. We encourage safe drop-off at designated points for elderly, pregnant, or mobility-challenged individuals.

Q7: What should I do if my car won’t start or I have a car-related issue?

Notify any team member wearing a reflective vest, and we will coordinate assistance or escalate to the appropriate support team.

Q8: How do I join the Car Park Unit?

You can speak to any unit coordinator after service or visit the Information Desk to register your interest.

Q9: Can I reserve a parking space ahead of time?

Parking reservations are not available, except for designated vulnerable categories and first-time guests.

Q10: Can I park outside designated areas?

No. For safety reasons and to maintain proper traffic flow, all cars must be parked only in approved parking zones.
