Prayer Community

About the Ministry

"Ezekiel 22:30: I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land."

Prayer community is the intercessory ministry of This Present House, dedicated to sustaining the spirit and burden of prayer across the church. This team stands in the gap on behalf of the church, its leadership, and the Body of Christ, earnestly seeking to birth the will and purposes of God through consistent, Spirit-led intercession. Grounded in spiritual discipline and prophetic sensitivity, the Prayer Academy plays a vital role in covering every aspect of ministry and outreach with prayer.

In addition to leading intercessory efforts, the team actively teaches and imparts the principles of effective prayer, encouraging individuals to develop a personal and communal prayer lifestyle. Through prayer groups, watches, and scheduled vigils, they cultivate a culture of continual communion with God — ensuring that prayer remains the heartbeat of the house.

Their work is rooted in scriptures like 1 Thessalonians 5:17: “Pray without ceasing,” which reflects their commitment to unrelenting, faith-filled intercession.
